“The whole booking and ticketing process is 5 star but the experience wasn’t very good hence why I’ve scored it 3 stars. That’s nothing to do with Viator but the Abbey itself. They need to control the people going in better and slow them down around the various sections on the tour , it was so congested throughout I found myself out of sync with the audio and skipping queues and missing parts of it.”
